Agent Marketing Signs New 2,884 Sq Ft Head Quarters

Liverpool-based marketing and public relations consultancy Agent Marketing has taken a 2,884 Sq Ft new office space in the heart of Ropewalks in the city centre.

The firm which is in its fourth financial year of trading was based in the iconic Bluecoat before relocating to 23 Argyle Street - taking on an extra 2100 Sq Ft of space in the process.

The new office is based over three floors with access direct from Argyle Street. The building has been sensitively restored and retains a number of original building features including exposed columns, beams and brickwork.

Paul Corcoran, Director of Agent Marketing says:

"The decision to move Agent to Argyle Street is as a result of some larger Public and Private Sector contract wins. The move comes as part of our continued growth strategy coming into fruition, allowing us to take on extra staff to better service our growing client portfolio. The new office provides additional break out spaces, a large training/board room and allows clients from outside the city to park onsite"
