Webtise
Daniel Clutterbuck is the Director of local web design agency Webtise. Webtise originated from a management buyout of an existing company. Daniel explains:
"The company we bought the business from had a small web team offering basic web services and was happy for it to plod along. It had a strong, local clientele and we saw the opportunity to expand the business through new web technologies, such as eCommerce and online marketing services."
"We now have a better customer retention rate than ever and we believe we offer a service that many of web companies do not, and that service is a considerable return on investment.

Webtise believe that it's not just about designing a good looking website. There is a science behind it. Webtise's Mnaging Director and co-founder Graham Withe said:
"At Webtise we believe in implementing techniques to maximise enquiries and orders through to our customers. Not all online marketing services work for all customers so we tailor our offering based upon the site goals, often with great success".
All of Webtise clients are profit focussed businesses and so are extremely interested in the sales and leads that come from their website, so that is mainly what they focus on. Daniel believes that too many companies provide their clients with a website then 'wave them goodbye'.
Webtise has produced several high profile sites for Liverpool, including www.harddaysnighthotel.com, a project that they are particularly proud of. Graham explains:
"A Hard Days Night Hotel was a great local client to win and the site looks great. More importantly, the site is already proving a huge success. One unique goal we have achieved is that the hotel no longer get spammed with simple questions from guests. This is down to the information architecture we designed and people being able to find their answers quickly."
Webtise are continuing to win contracts with leading Liverpool venues. Daniel said:
"Two great projects we have recently developed are sites for Blue Bar and Pan Am. Both these venues have two completely diverse audiences so their designs need to reflect that. Blue attracts bar goers and the leisure crowd, whilst Pan Am is more of an up market function venue. Both have similar service offerings but are pitched at separate demographics. It's really interesting working with these clients. The sites are due to go live within the next month".
Webtise is continuing to grow and are currently on the look-out for talented designers, developers and online marketing consultants so if you're interested please drop us an email on cv@webtise.co.uk
